Where there is a conflict between these website Terms and a separately executed agreement relating to BiltFlow services, the separately executed agreement will take precedence for the subject matter it covers.

BiltFlow may include features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language models, search systems, automation, and autonomous or semi-autonomous software agents.

AI-generated information may not always be accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for a particular project.

BiltFlow AI outputs are intended to assist professional users and should not automatically replace professional judgement.

Users remain responsible for appropriately reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for:

• Construction decisions
• Contractual commitments
• Procurement decisions
• Financial decisions
• Safety decisions
• Engineering decisions
• Planning or regulatory submissions
• Legal decisions
• Compliance decisions
• Other material business decisions

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, BiltFlow does not warrant that AI-generated outputs will be error-free.

6. Professional Information Disclaimer

Information available through the BiltFlow website is provided for general informational purposes.

Nothing on the website constitutes legal, engineering, architectural, accounting, financial, planning, taxation, regulatory, construction, or other professional advice.

8. Customer Data

Where customers use BiltFlow services to upload or process their own information, ownership of such customer-provided data remains subject to the applicable customer agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have appropriate rights, permissions, and lawful grounds to provide information to BiltFlow for processing.

Hunt Global may process customer data as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve contracted services, subject to applicable agreements and law.

9. Confidentiality

Information designated as confidential, or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential, should not be disclosed except where authorised or legally required.

Additional confidentiality obligations may apply under customer contracts, non-disclosure agreements, or other agreements.

10. Third-Party Services

BiltFlow may integrate with or link to third-party systems, services, APIs, software, datasets, or websites.

These third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or operation except to the extent expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable access to BiltFlow but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the public website.

We may:

• Modify website content
• Update functionality
• Add or remove features
• Perform maintenance
• Suspend functionality for security or operational reasons

Paid service availability and service levels, where applicable, will be governed by the relevant customer agreement.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public BiltFlow website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not make warranties that:

• The website will always be available
• Content will always be accurate or complete
• The website will be free from errors
• Third-party information will be accurate
• Use of the website will achieve a particular commercial result

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

Liability relating to paid BiltFlow services may be subject to different limits contained in the relevant customer agreement.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Hunt Global Pte. Ltd. against claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

15. Privacy

Our collection and processing of personal information is described in the BiltFlow Privacy Policy.

Use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the BiltFlow Cookie Policy.

16. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the BiltFlow website where reasonably necessary for:

• Security
• Maintenance
• Suspected misuse
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Protection of BiltFlow or other users

Account termination relating to paid services will be governed by the applicable customer agreement.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be published on the BiltFlow website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the website after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by applicable law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, disputes arising in connection with these Terms or use of the BiltFlow website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment, or joint venture relationship between you and Hunt Global.
